Hi, I’m Jennifer Criteser—real estate advisor, proud wife and mom, animal lover, and devoted advocate for my clients.

After spending nearly a decade in law enforcement, including several years investigating violent crimes, I made the leap into real estate six years ago. The transition felt natural. My background taught me how to navigate high-pressure situations, stay grounded in integrity, and serve with empathy and precision—skills I now use every day to guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.

For me, real estate is all about people. I genuinely love getting to know my clients, understanding their stories, and helping them achieve their goals—whether that means finding a dream home, selling a beloved property, or investing in their future. I specialize in serving law enforcement families, veterans, and first responders, as well as clients seeking luxury properties, second homes, or land for homesteading in the Blue Ridge and North Georgia Mountains.

I moved to Blue Ridge from Gulf Shores, Alabama, and instantly fell in love with this community. The rivers, the trails, the kind-hearted people—it’s not just a place, it’s a lifestyle. When I’m not working, you’ll find me gardening, paddleboarding, spending time with my husband of 29 years, visiting my three grown children and beautiful granddaughter, or caring for our lively menagerie of dogs, cats, goats, chickens, turkeys, and even a pot belly pig.
